It was a good location for the area. The older lady at the desk was very nice.
The Wi-Fi was so slow that I couldn't do half my work. Also, When we would come back to the room in the evening our parking place would be taken. The one right in front of our room should have stayed open.

We appreciated nice and cool rooms and outstanding food.
The location of the hotel was marvellous - just a pleasant stroll away from Little Red Schoolhouse. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson. Booked a room with a mini fridge and microwave. There were a microwave and a refrigerator upon arrival;)))

Friendly staff made check-in smooth.
The room was disgusting with bad odors. The fridge didn't work, and the TV was broken. Even after changing rooms, the second one was just as filthy, and I was denied a third move.

Staff were all very helpful Comment: we were mature couple and family with children in town to settle an estate -- that combo not available
Hard to keep breakfast supply going and stil be answering the phone. Staff worked very hard.

An Experience to Forget, Unfortunately
My family stayed for 4 nights, and the conditions were unacceptable. Filthy floors, unclean bathrooms, and items left from previous guests made it hard to relax. For those traveling with service animals, be prepared for pushback.
